Patient Participation Group

How can you help to shape patient services at your GP Practice?

We currently have a group of patients along with Practice staff who meet regularly throughout the year, usually at 6.30pm, midweek.

We believe that the group is invaluable in acting as an interface between patients and the Practice, working proactively to improve services.

The aim of the group is:

  • To generate ideas to improve patient experience.
  • To feedback suggestions for improvement e.g. patient services/organisation/premises.

The Practice aims to gather information through both the meetings and the Practice website.

We are looking for a wide range of people to participate in the group including parents with young children, teenagers, carers, patients with disabilities, patients with long term medical conditions, patients of all ages and patients who regularly use the service.

If you would like to join the Patient Participation Group please complete the sign up form.
