111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

We make every effort to make the surgery accessible for disabled patients. We have a wide access through our automated main door, we have a wheelchair available for us in surgery and we have easy access disabled toilets located near the waiting area.
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the clinician, please let a member of the Reception Team know for us to set up an alert on your medical records so the clinicians are aware to meet you from the waiting room.
Alternatively, we have a portable induction loop facility. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.
Please indicate to a member of our team if you require them to wear a shield instead of a mask whilst communicating with them or during your consultation for you to be able to lip read.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

Patients requiring medical advice or wishing to see a Doctor when the Surgery is closed can telephone the Out of Hours Service directly on 111.

Incase of an emergency please call 999.
