How to Set up Online Access

Being able to order your repeat prescription, book an appointment or see your test results with the NHS App, saves you valuable time in your busy life. It is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, meaning a lesser need to call or visit the surgery.

There are many providers to choose from, but we recommend downloading the NHS App.

By providing the surgery with your email address and filling out a quick form, we can send you your linkage details to enable you to get set up. This will enable us to grant you full access to your records, including consultations with GPs.

If you have any queries about the process, please contact the surgery, or go to NHS App and your NHS account – NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Guidance for patients and service users

Health and care organisations make every effort to keep your records accurate. However, occasionally information may need to be amended about you or your care.

If you think that the health or care information in your records is factually inaccurate, you have a legal right to ask for your records to be amended. For instance, you can ask for your home address to be changed because you moved house. You may also ask for something you feel has been inaccurately recorded, such as a diagnosis, to be corrected. However, it may not be possible to agree to your request. Read more about this in the document below.
