To obtain your results we ask that you telephone the Practice or ask at the reception desk after 2.15pm.
Please bear in mind that most results will take several days to be processed and reported on (some may take longer). Radiology results (x-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CTs etc) can take ten working days before the report is ready.
If you have had a test arranged through the Practice, please be aware that we do not routinely contact patients with results.
If your investigations have been arranged by a Consultant at the hospital, the Practice will not always receive a copy. Please follow the instructions of your Consultant to obtain your results.
If you would like a copy of your results please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your request to be processed. For requests for non-NHS purposes there will be an administration charge per result.
Please note that in accordance with confidentiality guidelines, results cannot be given to a third party without prior consent.
