Please note: we do not take patients who reside in any of the following areas –
- Clitheroe
- Wilpshire
- Padiham
- Great Harwood
- Clayton le Dale
- Clayton le Moors
- Longridge
If you are a patient with us who subsequently moves out of area, you will be asked to re-register. After 3 warnings to re-register, you will be removed from the Practice.
