Contacting Reception

The Reception Team receive a high volume of calls everyday and try their hardest to deliver good quality, efficient service to all patients who phone in.

If you are phoning to request a home visit for a housebound patient, please contact reception before 10am so the team are able to organise this with a GP.

If you are phoning for test results, please get in touch after 2pm, as GP’s often do not check results before this time. If you would like to access your results as soon as they are available, you are now able to sign up for complete record access using the NHS App. If this is something you are interested in, there is further information on our website, or you can contact reception at 01254 919888 for details.
